Arrival: between 3.00 - 8.00 pm
Arrival and departure possible on all days, except Tuesday.
>> For short stays of 2-3 nights: Surcharge of 30 € per apartment
>> Minimum stay during the off-peak season: 2 nights
>> Minimum stay during peak season: 7 nights (Arrival and departure: Saturday)

Cots: on request, 8 € per day
Cash payments: can be made up to 2.000,00 Euro. Other payment options: EC card, Visa, Master Card.
Cancellations: If you cancel up to 30 days prior to your stay, you receive a credit note in the amount of the deposit you have made. The credit note is redeemable for a stay with us within the following two years.
The credit note is not refundable.
In case of a short-term cancellation, the cancellation fee is staggered as follows:
From 30 to 15 days prior to planned arrival: the deposit will be retained
From 15 days prior to planned arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100 % of the total booking value
Cableways SKIWORLD AHRNTAL: free use in May and June (2023)

Local tourist tax: For all persons from 14 years onwards, a community tax of 2.10 € per person and night (€ 2,90 per person and night after the 1st january 2024) is charged. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be paid locally in cash.
Laundry change: free of charge after one-week, earlier laundry change or requested interim cleaning subject to charge.

Newspapers: Online access to a web-based and digital media library incl. free download of more than 650 newspapers/magazines in many languages, including for example Süddeutsche Zeitung, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Neue Züricher Zeitung, Die Welt, Corriere Della Sera, La Gazzetta dello Sport, La Repubblica, Financial Times, The Times, Stern, Cosmopolitan, Gala and many more.
