          4-8 years      50% reduction

          9-12 years    30% reduction

          13-15 years  20% reduction
       The prices are meant per person/day from 3 days on.
       Your room is ready for occupation at 2 p.m. of the day of arrival.
           On the day of departure we ask you to make the room accessible until 10 a.m. at the latest.
       single bed room extra charge: 12 € per day
       cancellation fee: no costs until two months before start of holiday, until 14 days before start of holiday we charge you 3

          days. From 14 days on or at early departure we pass 50% of the booked price to account
       We would like to inform you, that according to the current italian law, payments in cash can only be accepted
          for a maximum amount of 1.000 Euro.
       unfortunately four-legged friends are not admitted here.
